Living things are made of cells.

Living things grow and develop.
Living things reproduce.
Living things respond to their environment.
Living things adapt to their environment.
To be considered living, an object must have ALL of the characteristics.
Help your child distinguish between living and nonliving by playing this sorting game. Some things may be tricky but review the characteristics of living organisms and you should do great!
